Dr.Sr.Annie
Kuriakose,the,
Principal
of the
College
since
April
2007 was
a Reader
in the
Department
of
Physics
and the
IQAC Co-ordinator
before
she took
up the
present
assignment
.She
joined
the
Department
in
December
1984 and
did her
M.Phil
and Ph.D
as UGC
Teacher
fellow
in
Madras
and Anna
Universities
respectively.A
researcher
of
global
band-width.
She has
nine
international
papers
and a UGC
project
to her
credit.
One of
her
papers
was
reviewed
and
recommended
in an
International
Journal
devoted
to
Biomaterials.
She
has also presented papers in
five national and one
international Symposia. Her
research acumen has won for her
the acquaintance and
appreciation of Dr.APJ Abdul
Kalam, the world renowned
researcher and the present
President of India. She holds
life membership of the Indian
association of Crystal Growth
and Indian Association of
Physics teachers.
