The Research Department of Commerce organised an International Webinar on the topic 'Resilient Leadership in the Post Pandemic Era' on August 14,2021 via Google meet at 3.00 p.m.The program started with a prayer by Ms Aswathy Pradeep of third sem M com.Mr Siby Lindon, Assistant professor of Research Department of Commerce offered formal note of welcome.The resource person of the day Dr Shaju George spoke about various leadership styles and the main strategic areas that leaders need to focus in the current situation.He also explained how foreign countries responded to Pandemic situation.The session was very informative and meaningful.Various questions were asked by participants and the program ended with formal vote of thanks by Ms Rupini T.S.The participation and support from students and faculty made the webinar a grant success
