Job driven-training and Quaxil consultant’s opportunity, august 2022

                   At St.josephs College IJK, four students from commerce department, got an opportunity to attend an interview conducted by Quaxil consultants’ for SIP academy, As course instructors.SIP abacus is an international skill development programmes for children from the age of 5 to 12 yrs.Its a calculation based, invest in the future of kids, with Quick they can now start an effective and efficient educational journey for the little ones.

                         The students who are selected by interview;-Sreelakshmi Ravindranathan, Anisha Biju, Anjana Biju, Nivya Joy as course instructors in SIP academy. Interview attended on 17 June 2022.Training conducted on August 7, 8, 16, and 22,23,24,26. Eight days training programme they are attended at ernakulam, Jose junction annex building, SIP academy.

Quaxil consultants pvt.Ltd.is a five years 7 months, old private company incorporated on 17 February 2017.Its registered office in Thrissur.India. Quick academy is a fun and educational game based environment where kids experience a different kind of learning. The vision of the company is for every student to be a success story. The mission of the company is to prepare all students to be self navigating and critical thinkers for life. Quickacademy is on a mission to change hobby classes into passions, hoping to build successful careers out of them.

                                  Abacus is a skill development program that can help sharpen various aspects of children personality. Abacus is aimed to help kids in enhancing concentration memory speed accuracy visualization decision making strategically thinking and brain development.

                                They were trained by Nisha mam, senior course instructor of SIP Academy. Conducted teaching skills, project and mock test, chart work. Finished their first level of training within 8 training days. Different teaching methods have been exploited for the training newly recruited employees.

                          After the successful completion of the training, it is expected that the participants will be able to perform their duties in confident manner as they are better equipped with knowledge and skills required for delivery of the content. The course content was largely appreciated by the participants for covering important areas. A majority of the participants gave positive feedback regarding group activities and content.
