In connection with, constitution day, 2nd B.com students made a presentation on fundamental duties in Indian Constitution, on November 27,2017.The purpose of conducting the programme was to create an awareness among the students about the Indian constitution and the fundamental duties of an Indian citizen as per constitution. Fundamental duties are the moral responsibilities of all the citizens that need to be performed by them in order to achieve prosperity and uphold the unity of the nation. There has been much talk of the rights of citizen but the duties are often ignored. Fundamental Duties were incorporated in the Indian Constitution by the 42nd amendment. There are 11 fundamental Duties for Indian citizens drafted on the line of moral, ethical and culture code of conduct followed by people. The duties are educative in nature and direct the citizens to behave in a virtuous and honorable manner.

Students made the presentation by using PPT. Faculty of the department were also attended the session. Ms.Elizabeth Paul congratulated the students for such a nice presentation.
