NATIONAL SEMINAR ON CLOUD COMPUTING AND CLOUD SECURITY ON 18-19 JULY 2014

The National seminar on Cloud Computing and Cloud Security was inaugurated on 18^th July 2014 by Dr. Sumam Mary Idicula , Professor ,Department Of Computer Science, Cochin University of Science and Technology. The Seminar included various technical sessions and Hands-on-Sessions conducted by eminent resource persons from the area of computer science. The technical sessions were handled by Dr. Senthil Kumar T, Assistant Professor ,Department of Computer Science ,Amrita Viswa Vidyapeedam ,Coimbatore and Dr. Elizabeth Sherly ,Professor ,Indian Institute Of Information Technology and Management Kerala(IIITM-K).Hands –on –sessions were handled by Mr. Nikhil Kilivayil, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hotshot Mentors Labs and Mr. Ganesh Umanathan, Business Development Manager of the same.

Faculty members from various states had participated in the seminar and presented their papers. The faculties and students of our college actively took part in the seminar.
