Alumnae

Alumni can play an active role in every institution by contributing their expertise, providing scholarships to deserving students, and extending financial assistance to the infrastructure development of the institution. Department of Economics organized various invited talks and seminars with the wholehearted support and expertise of alumnae members.

DEPARTMENT ALUMNAE MEET 

Every year Department of Economics conducts an Alumnae special Chapter to deepen the bondage between them and the college and to stay connected with the college community. On 26th January 2020, our department joined together to celebrate the 90th birthday of our senior Retired staff Sr.Joshua and honoured her with a memento. A variety of entertainment programmes were arranged to felicitate the gathering.  The members also congratulated Ms.Akhila N, our alumna who cleared the NET exam in 2019.   

ALUMNAE INITIATIVES:

On 9/3/2022, the Economics batch of 1986-89 under the coordination of Linza George donated 56 plants (representing 56 students of BA Economics 1986-89) to the campus garden.
